What is an “interactive” haunted house?
An interactive haunted house is like a haunted house except better. You get the full experience of walking through our bone chilling haunt while actually participating in the scary events. Help save doomed victims lives, or sneak past a sinister madman.
What time are you open?
Click here to see our booking page. It will show you the dates we are open. Feel free to check back as we may extend our hours as we book up.
How much does it cost?
Click here for admission information. To get the best rate we recommend booking online in advance.
Is it really scary?
Is it a ride?
No. You will walk through the haunted house.
Is it dark?
In general it is dark. There will be some areas that have more lighting than others, but overall be prepared to be in the dark.
Is it a maze? Can I get lost?
No, there is only one way to go through and our staff will be helping to direct you. You can not get lost.
Is there a lot of smoke?
There are mist and fog machines in the haunt. If mist and fog bother you please call us to see what can be done.
Is this an escape room?
No. It resembles the goal oriented aspect of escape rooms while still staying true to the haunted house experience.
Is there a waiver?
Yes we have a waiver that must be signed by someone who is 19 years +.
Do I need to print off my booking?
We recommend that you print or keep a copy of your confirmation on your phone. Please ensure you have your booking confirmation number handy.
Can I switch the time/date of my tickets? I can't make it to my reservation.
Yes, as long as it’s 24 hours in advance. Please call the store at (604)-744-0027
Is there a discount for children?
Once we’ve paid for admission are we able to go through again?
No. Your booking is only good for one game play. If you would like to go through again you must purchase another ticket.
Are group discounts available?
How long is the wait in line?
Wait times will vary depending on the day and time. Wait times will be shorter in early October and will get longer as we near Halloween. If you book in advance, your wait should not be too long as we try our best to get you started on your game in the scheduled time slot.
Do you charge for parking?

The line up is inside the building.
How long does it take to go through?
It varies on how your group plays. If you solve the problems quickly or can’t handle the fear it will take you less time than others. But most groups from the time you enter the haunted house is 15-23 minutes. This does not include the 5 minutes rules video or wait time in line.
Are you wheel chair accessible?
A large amount of the haunt is wheel chair accessible. Please call in advance and we can have staff assist you through the game.
Do you have a lot of strobe lights in the haunted house?
No there are no strobe lights. There may be gentle twinkling lights, please call if you need more information.
Can we take photos and/or videos inside the haunted house?
No, we do not allow cell phones, cameras, or any recording devices in the game. This includes go-pros.
Will the actors touch us, or can we touch the actors?
No, our actors will not touch you, unless accidental. We ask you do not touch our actors.
Are there live animals, reptiles, or insects inside?
None that we put in there.
is there an age limit?
No, please use your own discretion if this is suitable for you or your dependants.
Can pregnant women go through the haunted house?
We do not recommend pregnant women go through the haunted house. We suggest you speak to your doctor if you want to participate.
If I have asthma, can I go inside the haunted house?
Please speak to your physician to determine if it is safe for you to participate. We also ask people with epilepsy, heart issues and pregnant women to speak to their physician before participating.
Can I bring my dog?
No, please leave your pets at home.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, both online and at the door. We also accept cash and debit via tap.
Can we wear a costume?
For safety reasons you can not wear costumes during the game.
Are there security cameras?
Can we be denied access?
Yes. We will not allow foul language, obscene behaviour, weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc… We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone we deem not appropriate for entry.

Are you open if it is raining?
Rain, sleet, snow or hail, we will be open.
What should I wear to the haunted house?
Wear something comfortable. We recommend closed toe shoes. Do not wear high heels or flip flops.
